Debris and Drainage Conditions
Gutters and downspouts collect different types of debris depending on what overhangs the roof and how drainage moves across the property:
- Leaves, twigs, and seed pods that settle along straight gutter runs
- Sludge or moss accumulations that restrict natural water flow toward the outlets
- Blockages near elbows and downspout mouths that cause water to back up
