When Meadowbrook gutters fill up
Trees common in the region drop debris across local properties throughout the year. Broadleaf white oak, sweetgum, hickory, red maple, and tulip poplar drop heavy foliage every fall, with leaf drop usually peaking in early November. Loblolly pine and eastern red cedar drop pine needles continuously, while oaks drop acorns and spring trees release heavy pollen blooms. Freezing nights happen here, but snow is rare and ice dams in gutters are not an issue. We recommend cleaning at least twice a year, spring and fall, to clear pine needles and fall leaves before winter rains arrive in Meadowbrook.
