When Fallon gutters fill up
Fallon weather brings freezing nights, dust, and winter snow that can settle on roofs for days. Nearby trees drop leaves, needles, and seeds directly into residential roof channels, creating dense blockages that block normal water flow. Leaf drop usually peaks in mid October, making fall a crucial window for maintenance before winter snowfall arrives. Although ice dams in gutters are not an issue here, accumulated debris traps snowmelt against the roof edge and damages fascia boards during rapid thawing periods. We recommend cleaning at least twice a year, spring and fall, to clear seasonal buildup and prepare your residential drainage system for heavy desert rain storms and snow.
