When Eastman gutters fill up
Tree species common in the region, such as broadleaf live oak, water oak, sweetgum, red maple, southern magnolia, loblolly pine, longleaf pine, and slash pine, create constant debris challenges for Eastman homes. Yellow pollen coats roofs in spring, followed by oak leaf drop, sweetgum balls, and heavy pine needles that drop all year. Natural leaf drop usually peaks in early November. While freezing nights happen in winter, ice dams in gutters are not an issue here and snow is rare. We recommend cleaning your gutters at least twice a year, in spring and fall, to prevent heavy wet foliage from clogging every downspout along your roofline.
