Trace the Water Path Before Describing the Problem
A gutter carries roof runoff toward an outlet, through a downspout, and to a discharge point. Loose material can interrupt that path in different places. Note where overflow starts and whether water appears at the lower outlet. Share those observations without climbing onto the roof or taking apart a pipe.
