Common Debris and Drainage Conditions
Roof drainage channels collect organic matter and airborne grit over time, especially on properties surrounded by mature trees or exposed to high winds. When pine needles, leaves, twigs, and roof gravel accumulate, water flow slows down and creates standing pools along the eaves. If left unaddressed, these blockages can cause gutters to sag under excess weight or overflow when precipitation runs off the roofline.
