When Summit gutters fill up
Tree material collects steady moisture in roof channels throughout the year. Leaves, needles and seeds from local growth build up constantly in metal channels. Leaf drop usually peaks in early November, making late fall a critical time to arrange a full gutter cleaning service. Although freezing nights are rare and ice dams do not threaten homes in Summit, heavy rain events still bring sudden water volume off the roofline. Leaving packed debris in place leads to clogged downspouts right when sudden storms arrive. We recommend cleaning at least twice a year, spring and fall, to keep drainage pathways clear of organic matter through every season in Arizona.
