When Robinson gutters fill up
Trees common in the region, including broadleaf live oak, pecan, cedar elm, crape myrtle, post oak, loblolly pine, and ashe juniper, create year-round maintenance challenges. Live oaks drop heavy leaves during spring rather than fall, while pecan trees shed long catkins and nut shells. Winter brings ashe juniper pollen and windblown debris. Although freezing nights occur, ice dams in gutters are not an issue here and snow is rare. General leaf drop usually peaks in early November. To protect your property, we recommend scheduling a full gutter cleaning at least twice a year, during spring and fall, to keep downspout lines clear before heavy seasonal downpours strike.
