When Richland Hills gutters fill up
Local weather and foliage dictate our yearly clearance calendar. Broadleaf live oak trees are common in the region, dropping dense leaves during spring rather than fall. Oak catkins and pecan foliage fill channels early in the year, while winter brings heavy juniper pollen. Pecan shells and cedar elm leaves create dense clogs ahead of fall, when overall leaf drop usually peaks in early November. Freezing nights happen occasionally, but ice dams are not an issue here and snow is rare. We recommend scheduling a full gutter cleaning at least twice a year, once in spring and once in fall, to protect every fascia section from overflow.
