Debris and Drainage Conditions
Overhead vegetation and outdoor exposure naturally deposit matter into exterior drainage systems. Over time, gutters gather fallen leaves, twigs, organic silt, and roof shingle granules. When debris settles in the channel, it restricts water flow toward the outlets. During heavy rainfall, these blockages force water to pool in horizontal channels or spill over the front edges, creating drainage challenges around the property foundation and siding.
