When Panama City gutters fill up
Trees common in the region drop debris across Panama City property rooflines throughout the year. Loblolly pine, longleaf pine, and slash pine cast pine needles into the gutter channels during every season, while broadleaf live oak, water oak, sweetgum, red maple, and southern magnolia drop sweetgum balls, acorns, and broad leaves. Yellow pollen coats roofs in spring, followed by heavy oak leaf drop. Freezing nights are rare and ice dams in gutters are not an issue in Florida, but heavy tropical rain demands open channels. We recommend gutter cleaning at least twice a year, spring and fall, to keep your roof drainage system clear.
