When Pacific gutters fill up
Trees around Pacific properties drop steady debris that collects quickly in open gutters. Leaves, needles, and seeds from nearby trees drift onto the roof and wash straight down into the channels. Leaf drop usually peaks in late September, making fall a critical time for clearing out the channels before heavy rainfall arrives. Freezing nights happen here, but ice dams in gutters are not an issue and snow is rare. To protect your property, we recommend cleaning at least twice a year, spring and fall. A fall visit removes fall leaves, while a spring gutter cleaning clears away leftover seeds, needles, and grime.
