Common Drainage and Clog Conditions
Gutters and downspouts accumulate organic matter and airborne dirt over time. Clogs often develop under specific property conditions:
- Fallen leaves, small twigs, and dry plant matter collecting in horizontal channels.
- Granules washing down from roof shingles and settling in low points.
- Wind-blown silt, dust, and environmental grime creating dense sludge when wet.
- Debris lodging in elbows, downspout outlets, or drop outlets, restricting normal water flow.
