When Moore gutters fill up
Trees common in the region drop debris throughout the year. Broadleaf live oak trees drop old leaves in early spring rather than fall, while oak catkins and pecan foliage drift onto roofs in summer. Ashe juniper pollen settles during winter, and leaf drop usually peaks in late October. Freezing nights happen and snow is likely in Oklahoma, but ice dams are not an issue here. Still, trapped water freezes in filled channels, damaging downspouts. We recommend gutter cleaning at least twice a year, spring and fall, to protect your system from seasonal debris accumulation.
