When Mansfield gutters fill up
Trees common in the region, including broadleaf live oak, pecan, cedar elm, crape myrtle, post oak, loblolly pine, and ashe juniper, create year-round gutter maintenance demands. Broadleaf live oak leaves drop in spring rather than fall, accompanied by oak catkins. Pecan shells drop later, while juniper pollen collects in winter and leaf drop usually peaks in early November. Freezing nights happen here, but ice dams in gutters are not an issue and snow is rare. We recommend cleaning at least twice a year, spring and fall, to manage the distinct spring live oak drop and the general late fall across Mansfield, Texas.
