When Lantana gutters fill up
Trees common in the region drop debris across different seasons in Lantana. Broadleaf live oak, pecan, cedar elm, crape myrtle, and post oak drop debris along with loblolly pine and ashe juniper. Live oak leaves drop in spring, oak catkins arrive in spring, juniper pollen settles in winter, and pecan shells drop later in the year. General leaf drop usually peaks in early November. Freezing nights happen, though ice dams in gutters are not an issue and snow is rare. To protect your property, we recommend cleaning at least twice a year, spring and fall. Regular gutter cleaning removes seasonal debris before it chokes your downspouts and causes roof damage.
