When Henryetta gutters fill up
Trees common in the region drop debris throughout the year onto Henryetta rooflines. Broadleaf live oak trees drop leaves in spring rather than fall, while post oak, pecan, cedar elm, and crape myrtle scatter oak catkins, twigs, and pecan shells during seasonal storms. Loblolly pine needles and ashe juniper pollen accumulate during winter months. General leaf drop usually peaks in late October, bringing thick clutter to gutter channels. Freezing nights happen and snow is likely in Oklahoma, though ice dams in gutters are not an issue. We recommend scheduled gutter cleaning at least twice a year, in spring and fall, to keep downspouts clear before winter weather arrives.
