When Galt gutters fill up
Trees across Galt drop leaves, needles, and seeds directly into open gutters throughout the year. Leaf drop usually peaks in mid October, making fall a critical time for gutter cleaning in California. Because freezing nights are rare here, ice dams in gutters are not an issue and snow is rare. Rain fall arriving in winter can quickly overflow channels filled with fall leaves, pushing water behind your siding. We recommend cleaning gutters at least twice a year, spring and fall. A spring visit removes seasonal seeds and leaves, while a fall gutter cleaning clears heavy debris before winter storms hit your roofline and downspouts.
