When Floris gutters fill up
Trees common in the region, including sweetgum, red maple, water oak, live oak, and loblolly pine, bring continuous foliage and heavy debris to Floris roofs. Spring drops bright yellow pollen and early green leaf drop, while live oak leaves and sweetgum balls fall in summer. Fall leaf drop usually peaks in mid October, filling roof channels with heavy layers of deciduous leaves. Loblolly pine needles drop straight into downspout bends all year long. Snow is likely and freezing nights happen in winter, though ice dams in gutters are not an issue here. We recommend gutter cleaning at least twice a year, spring and fall, to prevent overflow and keep downspouts flowing.
