When Everman gutters fill up
Everman experiences freezing nights in winter, though snow is rare and ice dams in gutters are not an issue. Trees common in the region, including broadleaf live oak, pecan, cedar elm, crape myrtle, post oak, loblolly pine, and ashe juniper, create a unique local schedule. Live oak leaves drop in spring rather than fall, while oak catkins and pecan shells fall early, and juniper pollen lands in winter channels. Fall leaf drop usually peaks in early November. Because debris falls across multiple seasons, we recommend cleaning gutters at least twice a year, spring and fall, to keep every Everman roof system completely clear.
