When East Lampeter gutters fill up
Trees common in the region drop heavy waste directly onto East Lampeter roofs throughout the changing weather. Spring brings yellow oak catkins, followed by falling broadleaf red maple and white oak foliage, hickory hulls, tulip poplar debris, spiky sweetgum balls, and needle drop from eastern white pine conifers. Leaf drop usually peaks in mid October, packing downspouts tightly before winter arrive. While local winters bring freezing nights and likely snow, ice dams in gutters are not an issue here. Still, clearing out wet organic sludge before freezing temperatures set in is critical. We recommend a full gutter cleaning at least twice a year, spring and fall, to protect your property year-round.
