When Clover gutters fill up
Managing roof lines in Clover requires attention to trees common in the region, such as broadleaf live oak, water oak, sweetgum, red maple, southern magnolia, loblolly pine, longleaf pine, and slash pine. Fine yellow pollen coats roof surfaces in spring, while pine needles fall continuously into every gutter channel. Live oak leaves drop during early spring, sweetgum balls drop in fall, and heavy leaf drop usually peaks in late October. Freezing nights happen here, though ice dams in gutters are not an issue and snow is rare. We recommend cleaning at least twice a year, spring and fall, to protect your home from constant debris accumulation and overflowing rain runoff.
