When Cherry Hill gutters fill up
Tree species common in the region drop leaves and debris continuously throughout the calendar year. Sweetgum, water oak, red maple, broadleaf live oak, and southern magnolia throw off dense organic clutter, while loblolly pine, longleaf pine, and slash pine drop sharp pine needles in all seasons. Spring brings bright yellow pollen, sweetgum balls fall in summer, and live oak leaf drop adds weight. Leaf drop usually peaks in mid October, packing gutters tightly right before cold weather arrives. Freezing nights happen and snow is likely in Virginia, though ice dams in gutters are not an issue. We recommend gutter cleaning at least twice a year, spring and fall.
