When Celina gutters fill up
Trees common in the region drop material throughout the year. Broadleaf live oak trees drop leaves in spring rather than fall, while pecan catkins and crape myrtle blossoms fill rain channels during summer. Loblolly pine needles and juniper pollen land in winter, while general leaf drop usually peaks in early November. Freezing nights happen here, though ice dams are not an issue and snow is rare. Trapped moisture combined with cold night temperatures can cause clogged channels to sag under heavy wet material. We recommend gutter cleaning at least twice a year, spring and fall, to maintain free water flow.
