When Canyon Lake gutters fill up
Trees common in the region drop debris across Canyon Lake throughout the year. Broadleaf live oak trees drop heavy leaves during spring rather than fall, while oak catkins and cedar elm leaves fill home channels in earlier months. Pecan shells and crape myrtle blossoms fall later, while ashe juniper shedding drops dense debris during winter. Freezing nights happen here, but ice dams in gutters are not an issue and snow is rare. Because live oaks fill channels in early spring while other trees shed later, we recommend home gutter cleaning at least twice a year, spring and fall, to maintain continuous drainage performance for your home roofline.
