When Baraboo gutters fill up
Tree species common in the region, such as sugar maple, red maple, bur oak, hickory, American elm, white pine, and spruce, drop heavy debris into Baraboo gutters. Maple seed wings fall in spring, while acorns, leaves, and pine needles accumulate rapidly later in the year, with leaf drop usually peaking in early October. Freezing nights, snow, and ice create severe winter risks across Wisconsin when full gutters form heavy ice dams along roof edges. We recommend scheduling a clear gutter service at least twice a year, in spring and fall. Regular seasonal gutter cleaning clears these heavy obstructions before winter freezes lock debris into place.
