When Bailey's Crossroads gutters fill up
Trees common in the region, including sweetgum, red maple, water oak, and loblolly pine, bring heavy seasonal fall to rooflines in Bailey's Crossroads. Pine needles collect continuously throughout the year, while spring brings yellow pollen and live oak leaf drop. Sweetgum balls and acorns fall later in the season. Leaf drop usually peaks in mid October, filling roof gutters quickly right before winter. Freezing nights happen here and snow is likely, though ice dams in gutters are not an issue. To keep rooflines clear through freezing conditions and intense spring rains, we recommend cleaning at least twice a year, spring and fall, to protect your property year-round.
