When Anaconda gutters fill up
Trees around Anaconda drop leaves, needles, and seeds that easily collect inside roof drainage channels. In late September, leaf drop usually peaks across Montana, filling up your system right before cold weather sets in. Freezing nights arrive quickly, and trapped water turns to heavy ice. Ice dams in gutters are a real winter problem here, forcing melting snow back under roof shingles and damaging siding. To prevent these blockages, we recommend cleaning at least twice a year, spring and fall. A spring visit removes leftover winter debris, while a fall service prepares your residential system for upcoming heavy snow and freezing conditions.
